Sabi App Star Participant Agreement Draft

Draft for legal review. This page is not a signed contract. A participant becomes bound only after the final agreement is accepted through the official signing process required by SABI AI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.

1. Parties

This draft is between SABI AI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED and the applicant or participant in the Sabi App Star program.

3. Direction-Specific Rules

Sabi Stream Star: public behavior, audience interaction and creator activity must meet Sabi safety and quality standards.

Stream Journalism and Media: participants must avoid political disputes, party campaigning, political conflict framing, unverified allegations and content that may expose Sabi to legal or reputational harm.

Silk Road Historical Chronicle: participants must treat historical, educational, VR, school and virtual game materials carefully, identify fiction where needed, and respect research, cultural, location and production review.

4. Intellectual Property

Participant keeps ownership of pre-existing materials unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Participant grants Sabi a review license to evaluate submitted materials. Production use, public use, editing, adaptation, distribution, game, VR, school or series use requires a separate signed release, license or assignment.

5. Appearance and Media Release

If participant appears in auditions, streams, interviews, photos, videos, VR captures, voice recordings or production material, Sabi may require a separate media release before public or production use.

6. Confidentiality

Participant must keep private Sabi materials, scripts, product information, unreleased plans, technical information, production details, selection information and communications confidential unless Sabi gives written permission.

7. No Employment or Prize Guarantee

Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, prize entitlement, screen credit, payment, travel right, platform monetization or future contract unless a separate signed agreement says so.

8. Removal and Disqualification

Sabi may remove or disqualify a participant for false information, unlawful content, confidentiality breach, unsafe behavior, fraud risk, political rule violations, harassment, reputational risk, or failure to complete required documents.
