Sabi App Star Contest Rules Draft

1. Program Purpose
Sabi App Star is a talent and production program for Sabi Stream, non-political journalism and media, and the Silk Road Historical Chronicle. It is not a lottery, investment offer, donation campaign, employment guarantee, immigration offer or guaranteed production contract.
2. Three Directions
Direction 01 - Sabi Stream Star
For live stream creators, hosts and performers. Sabi may select one national winner from each participating country, subject to eligibility, lawful participation, identity verification, content review and final company approval.
Direction 02 - Stream Journalism and Media
For journalists, presenters and media creators preparing cultural, science, education, technology, business, travel, social and public-interest stories. Political disputes, political campaigning, party promotion, inflammatory political framing and unverified accusations are not allowed.
Direction 03 - Silk Road Historical Chronicle
For actors, screenwriters, researchers, educators and production teams connected with a historical chronicle about the Silk Road for series storytelling, virtual reality, school learning material and future virtual game experiences.
3. Eligibility
- Applicant must provide accurate identity, country, contact and portfolio information.
- Applicant must be legally able to participate in their country and must comply with local laws.
- Minors may participate only with verified parent or legal guardian consent where permitted by law.
- Sabi may reject applications with false documents, unsafe content, fraud risk, hate, harassment, unlawful conduct or reputational risk.
4. Selection
Selection may consider originality, communication quality, public safety, lawful conduct, cultural value, technical readiness, reliability and fit with Sabi standards. Sabi may pause, change or cancel a direction if legal, safety, operational or production conditions require it.
5. Content Rules
- No hate speech, defamation, threats, harassment, sexual exploitation, unlawful material or private data exposure.
- No political disputes, political campaigning or party promotion in the journalism and media direction.
- No plagiarism, forged evidence, fake credentials or unauthorized use of third-party material.
- Historical claims for the Silk Road project must be identified as historical, artistic, educational or fictionalized where appropriate.
6. Documents
Before access to private materials, production plans, scripts, audition tasks, unreleased product information or confidential instructions, Sabi may require a signed participant agreement, confidentiality agreement, media release, contributor release, intellectual-property assignment or license, and identity verification documents.
7. No Guarantee
Application, selection, shortlist status, public mention or participation does not guarantee employment, payment, prize, travel, production role, screen credit, platform monetization, visa support or future contract unless a separate signed agreement says so.
8. Governing Review
These rules are a draft and should be reviewed under the applicable laws of SABI AI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, participant countries, production locations and distribution territories before final publication.
