Confidentiality and Media Rules Draft

1. Confidential Information

Confidential information may include scripts, character notes, Silk Road research, VR or game concepts, school learning materials, platform plans, technical diagrams, product images, user data, business plans, selection results, unreleased announcements and private communications.

3. Stream Journalism and Media Restrictions

Journalists and media participants may prepare cultural, science, technology, education, travel, business, social and public-interest stories. They must not use Sabi formats for political disputes, party promotion, political conflict, election influence, propaganda, hate, defamation, unverified accusations or exposure of private data.

4. Releases and Permissions

Before Sabi uses a participant's voice, likeness, performance, script, interview, photo, video, motion capture, VR capture or educational contribution, Sabi may require a signed media release, appearance release, contributor agreement, location release, music license or intellectual-property document.

5. Silk Road Historical Chronicle

Silk Road materials are intended for historical, educational, creative and immersive use, including series, VR, school learning and future virtual game experiences. Historical claims, cultural references, costumes, scripts, maps, artifacts, characters and location materials should be reviewed for accuracy, sensitivity, rights and safety before publication or production.

6. Consequences

Violation of confidentiality, media rules, political restrictions, privacy rules or intellectual-property rules may lead to application rejection, removal, access termination, takedown requests, legal claims or other remedies available under applicable law and signed agreements.
